FRUIT AND VEG FOR INDUSTRY SASU is a French family trading company, based at 46200 Le Roc in the south west of France. We are ranked in our region 2nd exporting company across all sectors. Our company specializes in the trading of Organic Fruits and Baby Food for the food industry. It achieves a turnover (2023) 6.6 Mln Euros, more than 50% of which is exported to Europe.

The company has experienced a very strong growth in Europe since its creation in 2013, it has been certified Organic by Bureau Veritas and has been IFS Broker High level certified since July 2018.

Your mission :

To increase its growth tenfold, FRUIT AND VEG FOR INDUSTRY SASU wishes to recruit a Sales Manager to manage its sales of Frozen IQF Berries in Europe and out of Europe :

You are ideally located in Poland or France

With your experience in the sale of frozen fruit to the processing industry (Jam manufacturers, procesors simple and concentrated aseptic purees, procesors of NFC juice, concentrated juice, fruit dessert manufacturers, canned fruit manufacturers, etc.), you must develop sales of fruit industry to processing companies on the EU domestic market and also for export.

5 to 10 years' experience is required in the frozen red fruit trade with manufacturers such as jam makers, puree manufacturers, etc... 

You are coming from Big groups like Dirafrost, SVZ, or others Frozen fruits companies.

You have an address book that will enable you to quickly establish business relations with your former customers.

Intended only for professionals from the European industrial network, you will evolve in an international environment, with all the modern working tools, you will manage and develop your customers portfolio.

Your monthly turn over targets will be defined and controlled by our general management office.

The desired Profile:

Bachelor's degree holder in sales and/or agriculture

Or you are graduated from a business school 

5 to 10 years minimum experience in Frozen fruit for industry, you are fluent in English and / or French, and master office software. Your interpersonal skills, your dynamism and your versatility, your deep taste for Sales, and your huge customer network in the fruit industry will allow you to quickly become independent and efficient. 

You are constantly focus on Sales and constantly in contact by phone/email with your customers, to ensure the commercial development of our activity.

The contract :

In Year 1 (2025) you start with a 12 months fixed-term contract, 

In year 2 (2026) you follow with a permanent contract 

Beginning of the contract possible from 01-01-2025.

Working time : depends on the legal hourly rate of your country.

Car: you must used your own, but we pay back all the cost every month on presentation of supporting documents.

Laptop and mobile phone : Included.

Wage: Negociable.
